The courier/s used are independent carrier/s. They are not our employees, so we include the amount due on your invoice.
Once our parcels have left the premises, we are reliant on these independent couriers to handle our goods correctly, so cannot be held accountable for damage in transit.
Every effort is made by us to pack carefully and work solidly with the courier companies to facilitate undamaged arrival of your order. All shipments leave our premises in correct condition and any damage incurred anywhere in transit, unfortunately, becomes your own risk and cannot be refunded or replaced.
