- We courier across South Africa, country-wide.
- The courier is an independent carrier. They are not our employees, so we include the amount due on your invoice, as their drivers are not permitted to carry or collect cash.
- Once our parcels have left the premises, we are reliant on these independent couriers to handle our goods correctly, so cannot be held accountable for damage in transit.
- Every effort is made by us to pack carefully and work solidly with the courier companies to facilitate undamaged arrival of your order. All shipments leave our premises in pristine condition and any damage incurred anywhere in transit, unfortunately, becomes your own risk and cannot be refunded or replaced.
- All of our prices and packaging are subject to change at our discretion and without notice.
- We reserve the right to hold back orders due to stock levels at any given time and will ship as soon as levels permit, should it become necessary to do so and may have to do so without notice, bearing in mind this product is exclusive to our industry, however every effort will be made to communicate critical levels should this situation arise.
- Images of products may differ to the product you recieve as we have multiple labels and packaging options. We can change this at any time, without notice.
- Once your order is placed, we will then be updating your order status as needed. You will receive an invoice with your correct shipping fees etc. This must be paid before we can ship any parcels
